Our lady minutemen secured yet another victory against Down East this week.  This was our first home game.  Be sure to make plans to catch these ladies in action.  Way to go girls!

Patriots rest and power up for Ashley

Patriots have an open date this week allotting for more preparation and practice time for the tough Ashley team scheduled for next week.  It will be the JVs first home game on Thursday, and the Varsity will play away.  Go Patriots.

Tarheels Talk and fans listen

UNC Tarheels experienced a huge victory over Rutgers last night.  Butch may be bringing the Tarheels back into some serious football action. 

Pirate Passion

I haven’t updated as I intended to do.  It has been crazy.  My Pirates, nationally ranked #14, smoked WVA for the first time in a long time.  They kept them out of the end zone only permitting a measly field goal.  24-3, the PIRATES absolutely rock!  This week, they take on the Green Wave of Tulane entering hurricane zone.  In the past, hurricanes have brought good luck to the Pirates, defeating Miami during the Dennis triple storm saga.  Pirates stay tough and release your super stuff against that Green Wave, our first conference game.  Big goals require big responsibility and focus!  Catch the game on Saturday at 3:00.

Patriot Power

In a mighty battle last night going into mere seconds, the Patriots beat the Croatan Cougars 14-12.  Anyone, who witnessed the game, certainly got their money’s worth!  Patriots now stand at 2 and 1.  Keep up the awesome trend PATRIOTS!

Warrior Princesses Wipe Out BMS

Lady Minutemen wipe out Beaufort Middle School with a score of 6-0.  Madeline F and Amber T, both Starfish, scored during the game.  More info when our soccer ladies give the gab!  We are so proud of your athletic efforts!

Patriots Battle Cougars TONIGHT

Due to the impending weather, WCHS will battle the Croatan Cougars tonight at home.  Game time is 7:00.   The JVs will play Monday night at Croatan High School.  Support our PATRIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!! See you there!

MCMS Soccer Warrior Princesses GAME TODAY

The Warrior Princesses of MCMS Soccer take on Beaufort Middle School at Beaufort today.  Go out and support our Lady Minutemen!  Delain, our very own Starfish, will post a comment or email me details to inform you of significant plays and the outcome.  Bring it on Ladies!  We have several Starfish to showcase in addition to Delain.  Marjan H, Madeline F, and Amber T are Starfish Soccer Warrior Princesses.  Lauren A, KJ, and Ka Ka are Starfish Soccer Princess Managers.   Way to go Starfish!

Planet Coop Rules the Road!

Congrats to our very own Starfish Cooper W on his latest victories and accomplishments.  Cooper won his 85 race 12-13 year old class, got 2nd in his Super-Mini 12-15 year old class and got 5th in his Schoolboy 12-16 year class (being the only kid to ride an 85 cc bike in a 125 cc class). His awesome race performance can be further explored at a link that will be posted later today. Computerized laptimes and finishes are available.
